what treatment should i book?

Please book a Consultation along with any service to block the time where we will go through all of your skin concerns & needs. During the consultation we will decide if the treatment path is the right route for you. If we decide to go ahead with a treatment the same day, there will be ample time for the consultation & treatment.


HOW DO THE VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS WORK?

Virtual consultations are $99

This price can go towards a product purchase. We will reach out to you the night before your consultation to decide if the consultation will be via facetime or zoom. If you have an iPhone the virtual consultation will be via facetime. If you do not have an iPhone we will send you a zoom link.

Please be bare-faced as it is helpful to fully assess the skin


HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST IN CLINIC APPOINTMENT?

It is recommended prior to making your first appointment to schedule a virtual consultation with.

By scheduling a virtual consultation prior to your in clinic appointment - this will help speed along your desired skin results. Please arrive on time for your appointment, with a bare face. It is recommended to stop the use of chemical exfoliants (AHA, BHA, Retinoids, prescribed creams) at least 4 days prior.

HOW DO I RE-PURCHASE MY SKIN CARE?

Please contact us via e-mail to have products ready for in store pickup, or shop via our website to have the items shipped to you

WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO WHEN BOOKING?

At the time of booking through our online booking portal you will be asked to enter your credit card information. This is strictly only charged in the case of a breach in the cancellation/no show/rescheduling policy

CAN I BRING A FRIEND WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

No, Please come alone as we don’t have the capacity for extra guests in the treatment room

If you are under 18, you may have a guardian accompany you.


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location


what to do pre & post facial treatments?

Pre - Treatment:

Please discontinue products containing any exfoliating agents (retinoic acid, tretinoin, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, astringents, etc.) 48 hours before treatment.

A history of herpes or cold sores may require a course of anti-viral medication pre and post treatment.

No waxing or threading for a week before treatment 

No major sun exposure or tanning a week before treatment

Post Treatment:

You may experience slight redness and swelling, which should resolve within 24 hours.

Avoid heat, saunas, hot tubs and sweaty activity for 24 hours; this includes exercise of any kind.

Avoid products containing any exfoliating agents (retinoic acid, retinol, tretinoin, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, astringents, etc.) for 72 hours after treatment.

Use SPF 50+ and stay out of direct sun
